Returns a formatted string based on the string template and one substitution string.
FormatString1(@format : Text, @item0 : Text)
Arguments
@format
Type: Text. A template for formatting the output string. An indexed format item, "{0}", is replaced by the value of parameter @item0.

Type: Text. A string that replaces the "{0}" item in the @format string.
