Retrieves the CTI lookup command data from the Lookup Request object..

• ctiCallRefId
  Type: System.Guid

  Specifies the call reference ID

• ctiDesktopManager
  Type: System.String

  Specifies the name of the CtiDesktopManagercontrol that emitted the request

• callType
  Type: System.String

  Specifies the type of call.

• ani
  Type: System.String

  Specifies the ANI of the call.

• dins
  Specifies the DINS of the call
