Description Payment Field, Proposal Line Table

This field can contain a description related to the nature of the payment. This field is mandatory when the amount of the payment exceeds the freely transferable maximum and nature of the payment is either Invisible- and Capital Transactions, Transfer To Own Account or Other Registrated BFI.
