Closed Cartera Doc. Table

When the due date of a document arrives, it can have been honored, or instead, it may have been rejected. In either of these cases, the document will be considered closed.

If the document was paid on its due date, this payment is posted and the document will be set to closed.

Conversely, if the document was rejected, you must agree with the customer to the conditions for redrawing the rejected bill. This new bill, which replaces the rejected bill, will have a higher amount due to the costs incurred by its rejection.

In this case, the program will post the old bill (which was rejected) as if it had been honored, and will redraw the new bill with a different amount and a later due date.
