Exp.Annual VAT Comm. - 2010 Batch Job

Exports the annual report of receivable and payable VAT taxes that includes total amounts for sales and purchases of capital goods and services. Since 2010, services must be included in VAT statements. This batch job generates an ASCII file that you can then submit to the tax authorities.

Note

Specify this batch job in the VAT Stat. Export Report ID field for the VAT statement template.

Options

Field	Description
Separate Ledger	Specifies if the company has conducted more than one activity with separate accounting for each activity.
Group Settlement	Specifies if the company is part of a group settlement of VAT payments.
Exceptional Event	Specifies if the VAT communication is submitted late due to extraordinary circumstances.
Appointment Code	Select the code. For more information, see Appointment Code. Note This field is editable only if the statement is submitted on behalf of another company.
File Name	Specify the name and path of the file.

Additional Information

To print the annual VAT statement, you must run the Annual VAT Comm. - 2010 report, which is available in the Annual VAT Communication window.
