Payment Address Table

When you set up payments, you may need to choose from among various payment addresses. You use the Payment Address table to keep track of this.

To find information in the Payment Address table, go to the relevant customer or vendor card, click the Customer/Vendor button and select Payment Addresses. The program will display a list of payment addresses for that customer/vendor.

The Payment Address table can contain several payment addresses for each customer/vendor. A code representing information such as customer/vendor number and name is linked to each address. When you set up payments, you can enter a payment address code in the Payment Address Code field on the payment line; this will determine the payment address for the particular situation.
