Fin. Charge Interest Rate Table
Enables you to set up different interest rates for different calculation periods. For each interest rate, you specify a start date and an interest period in days.
When calculating finance charge interest with different interest rates for different periods, a separate line is generated for each interest rate, showing calculated interest for that interest period. A line is also generated for the total interest for the whole period of calculation.
Additional Information
Interest rates that are specified in the Finance Charge Terms window will be ignored as long as there is data in the Fin. Charge Interest Rate table. If no interest rates are defined in the Fin. Charge Interest Rate table, Microsoft Dynamics NAV will use the default interest rate that is defined in the Finance Charge Terms window, for the whole period of calculation.
