Recorded Field, Phys. Invt. Recording Line Table

This field shows, if somebody has entered a value in the field Quantity of the physical inventory recording line.

The program inserts the checkmark in the field automatically, if you enter any value in the field quantity. If you would like to confirm the value 0 in the field quantity, you can also set the checkmark in the field manually.

Before the physical inventory recording header Status can be set to finished, the program examines that all physical inventory recording lines have a checkmark in the field recorded.
