Order No. Field, Sales Invoice Line Table
Contains the number of the sales order that the invoice was posted from.
You cannot change the order number because the invoice has already been posted.

By including the value of the Document No. field for the sales order in the sales invoice, you can track all documents that relate to the sales order. For more information, see How to: Track Document Lines.
