Description Field, Posted Deposit Line Table

This field contains the description of the deposit line.

The program copied the description here directly from the Description field on the General Journal Line when the deposit was posted. Note that due to the way that descriptions are handled during posting, this may not be the same description which was recorded on the ledger entries for this deposit line.

You cannot change the description because the deposit has already been posted.
