Options

Option Description

Collapsed Deposit

Indicates that the reconciliation line has a unique external document number. You can match the total with the total deposit on the bank statement, and then clear the lines.

Expanded Deposit Line

Indicates that there was a problem with the line or that you may not want to clear all of the deposit. If selected, the total line will be removed, and the sub-lines will be moved onto this table and the corresponding form so you that can see every transaction that made up this deposit. Each of these lines will have a status of Expanded Deposit Line. You can clear and adjust each line individually.
