Reason Code Field, Deposit Header Table

Here you can enter the Deposit's reason code. A reason code is a code you choose that will enable you to trace the entry. To see the reason codes in the Reason Code table, click the field.

The program copies the reason code to all G/L, bank account, customer and other ledger entries created when posting.
