Actual Response Time (Hours) Field, Service Header Table

Contains the actual number of hours since the creation of the service order (the values in the Order Date and Order Time fields in the Service Header table) to the time when the service order status changes from Pending to In Process (the values in the Starting Date and Starting Time fields in the Service Header table).
