Actual Response Time (Hours) Field, Service Shipment Item Line Table

Contains the actual number of hours from the creation of the service order to the time when the service item repair status was changed from Initial to In Process.

The program copies this information from the Service Item Line table. You cannot change the contents of this field because the shipment has already been posted.
