Use Contract Cancel Reason Field, Service Mgt. Setup Table
Specifies that a reason code is entered when you cancel a service contract. The reason code is stored in the Reason Code field in the Contract Gain/Loss Entry table. When you remove a contract line manually from the contract, the Reason Code field is blank.
