Automatic Credit Memos Field, Service Contract Template Table

Specifies that a credit memo is automatically created when you remove a contract line from the service contract under certain conditions. These conditions are:

  • the contract is prepaid.

  • the contract is detailed.

  • there exists at least one posted invoice for the service contract.
