Relations Level Field, Item Substitution Table
Contains the priority level of this substitute item.
When you set up a substitute item for an item, the program automatically assigns this substitute item the priority level one. If this substitute item itself has a substitute, the program automatically assigns this other substitute item the priority level two, and so on.
