Posting Date Field, Item Ledger Entry Table

Shows the entry's posting date.

The field can be filled in from the following fields:

Field	Description
Posting Date on the item journal line.	If the entry was posted from an item journal line, then the date is copied from this field on the item journal. line. Note Also applies to consumption and output entries from production and assembly orders.
Posting Date on the sales header.	If the entry was posted from a sales order, invoice, or credit memo, then the date is copied from this field on the sales header.
Posting Date on the purchase header.	If the entry was posted from a purchase order, invoice, or credit memo, then the date is copied from this field on the purchase header.
