Actual Response Time (Hours) Field, Service Item Line Table

Contains the actual number of hours from the creation of the service order to the time when the repair status of this service item changes from Initial to In Process.

The program automatically calculates the contents of this field using the order date and order time values in the Service Header table and the Starting Date and Starting Time fields in the Service Item Line table.
