Resource Skills Option Field, Service Mgt. Setup Table

Specifies how to identify resource skills in your company when you allocate resources to service items. There are three options: Code Shown, Warning Displayed and Not Used.

Field	Description
Code Shown	Indicates whether a resources is skilled or not skilled to service the service item in the Resource Availability window.
Warning Displayed	Indicates whether a resources is skilled or not skilled to service the service item in the Resource Availability window. A warning is also displayed if you allocate a resource to a service item requiring skills that the resource does not have.
Not Used	The resource skills are not identified.
