Response Time (Hours) Field, Service Item Line Table

Contains the estimated number of hours between the creation of the service order to the time when the repair status of the service item line changes from Initial to In Process. Changing the repair status from Initial to In Process indicates that a service on the service item line has been started.

The program uses this field to calculate the values in the Response Date and Response Time fields for the service item line.
