Work Shift Table

Specifies and maintain information about work shifts.

The shop calendars refer to shifts (also called work shifts). They are a means of classifying group working times. You must assign the work shift settings to the shop calendars.

You must set up work shifts here before the Shop Calendars can be created.

You will be unable to fill in any other fields in the Work Shift table until you have made an entry in the Code field.

Capacity availability and the efficiency of machine centers and work centers can each be evaluated according to shifts.
