Sales Amount (Actual) Field, Value Entry Table

Contains the price of the item for a sales entry.

The field can be filled in from the following fields:

If the entry was posted from an item journal line, the value is copied from the Amount field on the journal line.

If the entry was posted from an invoice or credit memo, the value is copied from the Line Amount field on the sales line minus the Discount Amount.
