Filter Caption Field, Dimension Table

Specifies the dimension code you enter in the Code field. However, you can enter your own caption for the dimension filter. The caption will determine the way filter fields relating to this dimension are presented to the user throughout the program. When you enter a caption here, the program will rename all filter fields relating to the dimension with this caption.

You can enter a maximum of 30 characters, both numbers and letters.

Important

Although all related fields are renamed, online Help will retain the filter field's generic name.
