Type Field, Gen. Journal Template Table
Specifies the journal type. The type determines what the window will look like. The window's appearance depends on the type of work that will be done in it.
To see the options, choose the field:
General (General Ledger)
Sales (Sales & Receivables)
Purchases (Purchases & Payables)
Cash Receipts (Sales & Receivables)
Payments (Purchases & Payables)
Assets (Fixed Assets)
Intercompany (General Ledger)
