Effective Date Field, Tax Detail Table
Specifies a date on which the tax-detail entry will go into effect. This allows you to set up tax details, in advance, for taxes you know are going to come into effect at a later date.
The program automatically begins using this tax-detail entry when the effective date becomes the work date in the program.
