Navigation Pane Designer
Creates and customizes MenuSuite objects. Navigation Pane Designer contains menus that represent departments in a company. It also contains menu items for each department. You modify the menus and menu items in Navigation Pane Designer.
You can modify a basic MenuSuite object, or you can create new objects from the basic MenuSuite object. You select the MenuSuite object that you to want to modify in Object Designer and then make your changes in Navigation Pane Designer.
Note
You cannot run MenuSuite objects from Object Designer. Instead, you run them in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client.
To open this window, on the Tools menu, choose Object Designer. In Object Designer, choose MenuSuite, select the MenuSuite that you want to modify, and then choose the Design button.
To create a new MenuSuite, in Object Designer, choose MenuSuite, choose the New button, select a design level, and then choose the OK button.
