Duration (Min.) Field, Campaign Table
Specifies the total time it took to complete all the interactions linked to the campaign. This field is not editable.
When you create an interaction as part of a campaign, the program updates the Duration (Min.) field on the campaign statistics card. The program fills in this field by using the information in the Duration (Min.) field in the Interaction Log Entry table.
You can see a list of the interactions by clicking the field.
