Bus. Rel. Code for Customers Field, Marketing Setup Table

Specifies the business relation code that identifies that a contact is also a customer.

If you enter a code in this field, the customer card and the contact card will be synchronized. This means you only have to update information in one place (either the contact card or the customer card). When you create contacts from customers, the business relation for customers will be assigned to the new contacts.

Note

The information you enter or change in the Marketing Setup window will affect invoicing and posting.
