Evaluation Field, Segment Line Table

Specifies the evaluation of the interaction involving the contact in the segment.

You can choose between five options to evaluate the interaction: Very Positive, Positive, Neutral, Negative, and Very Negative.

When you log the interaction, the program copies the contents of this field to the Evaluation field in the Interaction Log Entry table.

You can use this evaluation to segment your contacts.
