Run Campaign

After a campaign has been set up and the activities have been defined, you can assign large tasks (activities) which are made up of several to-do's to salespeople or teams. Only employees recorded as salespeople can be assigned activities.

All interactions or communications with a contact should be recorded so the campaign can be tracked and the statistics can be viewed.

The following table describes a sequence of tasks, with links to the topics that describe them. These tasks are listed in the order in which they are generally performed.
