Information Flow Field, Interaction Log Entry Table
Specifies the direction of information flow recorded by the interaction. There are two options: Outbound (the information was received by your contact) and Inbound (the information was received by your company).
This field is not editable.
The program automatically fills in this field based on the information you have entered in the Create Interaction wizard or in the Segment window.
