Service Order Type Table
Specifies codes that identify types of service orders. For example, repair of hardware, repair of software, and so on. You can use service order types to group service orders together for statistical or other purposes.
The Service Order Type Mandatory field in the Service Mgt. Setup window determines whether it is mandatory to assign a service order type to a service order before posting.
When you have set up service order types, you can assign them to service orders in the Service Order window.

To see the list of fields in this table, change to the Classic view. Choose the Choose View button in the upper-right corner, and then choose Classic.
