Post Code Table

Specifies how you want to associate post codes with cities.

You associate each post code with one or more cities. A city can also be associated with more than one post code.

When you enter the post code (for example on a customer card or bank account card) the program assists you in filling in the corresponding City field. If there is only one city associated with the post code, the program fills in the City field automatically. If there are two or more cities associated with the post code, the program displays a list of the relevant cities for you to select from.

Alternatively, if you fill in the City field before the Post Code field, for example on a customer card, the program either fills in the Post Code field (if there is only one post code associated with the city) or displays a list of the post codes that are set up for the city (if there is more than one post code associated with the city).
