Remarks
The Position field, which holds the record ID from the HcmPosition table, replaces the PositionId field.
The Worker field, which holds the record ID from the HcmWorker table, replaces the Reference field.
The AssignmentReasonCode field, which holds the record ID from the HcmReasonCode table, replaces the HrmResignReasonCodeId field.
