Remarks
The Job field which holds record ID from HcmJob table replaces the Reference field.
The Skill field which holds record ID from the HcmSkill table replaces the SkillId field.
The RatingLevel field which holds record ID from the HcmRatingLevel table replaces the RatingLevelId field.
