Description	Converts the dimension DimUse enumeration type to the DimensionAttributeSet field as per the new accounts and dimensions model. Also transforms data from the InterCoAccount and PayAccount fields to the InterCompanyLedgerDimension and PaymentLedgerDimension fields, respectively.
