Sales vs. target report (SalesVsTarget)

Use this report to view the total number of sales versus the total number of sales targets, based on either the salesperson or the sales unit.

How to filter the data on this report

When you generate this report, the following default parameters are displayed. You can use these parameters to filter the data that will be displayed on the report. For more information, see Filter the data on a report.

Field

Description

Group by

Select whether to view the report by employee or sales unit.

From date

Select the date from which you want to start viewing the sales versus sales targets.

To date

Select the date on which you want to stop viewing the sales versus sales targets.

Sales person

Select one or more salespeople whose sales are included on the report.

Sales unit

Select one or more sales units to include on the report.

If you are a developer, you can learn more about where the data on a report comes from by using the following procedure.

  1. Open the AOT.

  2. Locate the report in the SSRS Reports\Reports node.

  3. Right-click the report and click Add-Ins > Cross-reference > Using (instant view).
