Before you install Microsoft Dynamics AX, you should determine the arrangement of computers, or the topology, that you will use in your implementation. This part of the documentation describes the types of servers that are required in a Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation. It also describes typical single-server, small-scale, and large-scale Microsoft Dynamics AX deployment scenarios.
