(LVA) Generate a fixed asset counting statement
Applies To: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2
The fixed asset counting statement displays the number of acquired fixed assets and their values.

This topic has not been fully updated for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2.
Click Fixed assets > Journals > Fixed assets.
Press CTRL+N to create a new line, and enter the required details.

Click Lines to open the Journal voucher form.
Press CTRL+N to create a new line, and enter the required details.
Nota
For more information, see the section "Fixed assets journal lines (form)" in the Applications and Business Processes Help.
In the Transaction type field, select Revaluation.
In the Document field, enter the number of the document that the voucher was generated from.
Click Post > Post to post the journal.
Press CTRL+S or close the form.
Click Fixed assets > Reports > Base data > Asset counting.
Click Select to open the Asset counting - Report form, and then set up the selection criteria.
Click OK to close the Asset counting - Report form.
Click OK to generate the Asset counting report.
