Microsoft Dynamics AX includes a Sites Services for Microsoft Dynamics ERP solution called Human resources recruitment. After a Sites Services web site has been set up, human resources staff can use this web site to display ads for job openings online and receive applications from candidates.

Set up the recruitment web site
Typically, the system administrator or the HR manager sets up the recruitment web site.
Nota
The system administrator must sign up for a Sites Services account before you can set up the recruitment web site.

In the list of solutions on the left, select the Human resources recruitment solution, and then click Activate.
Click Synchronize to synchronize Microsoft Dynamics AX with Sites Services.
Click Available pages.
On the Available pages form, click Manage pages online to open the Sites Services web site.
In the navigation pane, click Human resources, and then under Pages, click Recruitment.
In the Pages group, click New page, select the Job list page template, and then click Next step.
Enter a page name and a page URL, and then click Create page.
Add text and customize the page the way you want, click Save and close, and then click Close.
In the Pages group, click New page, select the Job ad page template, and then click Next step.
Enter a page name and a page URL, and then click Create page.
Add text and customize the page the way you want, click Save and close, and then click Close.
When you are finished, click Sign out.
Optional: Click Synchronize on the Available solutions form to synchronize the new web site with Microsoft Dynamics AX. Alternatively, you can wait for the next scheduled synchronization job to run. After synchronization, you can view the new pages in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
Publish a job listing online
Click Human resources > Common > Recruitment > Recruitment projects.
In the Recruitment projects list, in the New group, click Recruitment project.
In the Recruitment projects form, enter information about the job ad.
In the Modify group, click Recruitment project status, and then click Start.
In the Related information group, click Job ads, and then enter a job description.
Under Web publishing, select the Publish job ad to Sites Services check box.
Close the form.

Optional: In the list of solutions on the left, select the Human resources recruitment solution, and then click Synchronize to synchronize the new job ad with Sites Services. Alternatively, you can wait for the next scheduled synchronization job to run.
Download and review the applications

Click Human resources > Periodic > Recruitment > Application basket.
In the list of applicants on the left, select the applicant whom you want to review.
Click Attachments to view the applicant's resume.
