  Type: FromDateTime Extended Data Type
  The from date.

• _toDateTime
  Type: ToDateTime Extended Data Type
  The to date.

• _dbkRatesRecId
  Type: EximDBKRatesRecId_IN Extended Data Type
  The rates reference.

  The record ID.
