Creates the relationship record between the entity and the location role.

• _tableId
  Type: TableId Extended Data Type
  The TableId value of the entity.

• _entityLocation
  Type: RefRecId Extended Data Type
  The RefRecId value of the relationship record.

• _roleIds
  Type: container
  A container that holds the role record IDs.

• _replaceRoles
  Type: boolean
  A Boolean value that indicates whether the existing roles have to be replaced.
