TaxMap.getServiceTaxAmount2Distribute_IN Method
Gets the payment amount that has to be reversed during invoice posting.

A container of values that hold interim and actual amounts, per tax code, up to the selected order line.
Remarks
The reversal can occur to the extent of the invoice time tax. In other words, it must be less than or equal to the invoice tax.
For a cash basis, this method returns only the LOI amount.
