HcmPositionWorkerAssignment::countActivePositionWorkerAssignment Method

Counts the number of positions currently assigned to a worker.

• _worker
  Type: HcmWorkerRecId Extended Data Type
  The value in the Worker field of the record to check.

• _validFrom
  Type: utcdatetime
  The value in the ValidFrom field of the record to check.

• _validTo
  Type: utcdatetime
  The value in the ValidTo field of the record to check.

• _forUpdate
  Type: boolean
  A Boolean value that indicates whether to read the record for update; optional.

• _concurrencyModel
  Type: ConcurrencyModel Enumeration
  The concurrency model option to use when the record is read; optional.

Return Value

Type: Counter Extended Data Type
The number of positions currently assigned to the worker from the HcmPositionWorkerAssignment table.

Remarks

Values for the _validFrom and _validTo fields limit the table selection in the following way:

1. If no values are specified for both the parameters, the default value is now. Therefore, the method searches for only active records as of now.

2. If only the first parameter value is specified, the second parameter is set to the first parameter.

   The method searches for active records as of the specified datetime value.

3. If both parameters are specified with values, the method searches for records whose validFrom and ValidTo values fall in that interval.
