Opens a lookup for requirements.

    InventSiteId _siteId, 
    Common _activeRecord)

• _formControl
  Type: FormStringControl Class
  The FormStringControl control that the lookup should attach to.

• _siteId
  Type: InventSiteId Extended Data Type
  The ID of a site to limit the search on.

• _activeRecord
  Type: Common Table
  A Common record buffer which must be a subtype to this record.
