CurrencyEuroDenomination::createDefaultData Method
Creates the default euro denomination currencies in the CurrencyEuroDenomination table.

This method only creates the default records if they do not already exist, and if there is a corresponding record in the Currency table that uses the Currency ISO code of the default.
