Gets the vendor remittance address associated with the vendor remittance location on the VendTable table.

The current date effective remittance address if the vendor transaction is not closed; otherwise, the closed date effective remittance address.
Remarks
The current date effective remittance address is returned if the vendor transaction is not closed.The remittance address on the closed date is returned if the vendor transaction is closed.
