VendInvoiceInfoLine_Asset.validateWrite Method
Checks whether the value in the AssetGroup field is valid if the value in CreateFixedAsset field is set to a NoYes::Yes value.

Remarks
If the value in the CreateFixedAsset field is NoYes::Yes value, the user must set a value in the AssetGroup field.
