Sets the transaction date of the journal line.

The transaction date is set to the end date of the corresponding period line if the TSVoucherDateChange enumeration value is a ProjPeriodEnd data type. The transaction date is set to the end date of the corresponding ledger period if TSVoucherDateChange enumeration value is a LedgerPeriodEnd data type. The transaction date is set to the project date of the journal line if TSVoucherDateChange enumeration value is a ProjTransDate data type.
